We were the lead consultant and designer of this one off, high end, new build traditional house located on a quiet prime residential road in Wimbledon Village.

The new build house replaced an existing smaller 1950s dwelling. Our work included a challenging planning process (gaining consent at Committee) and then onto detailed design and build out up to shell and core stage. The scheme demonstrates our excellent planning acumen and also detailed design ability.
