Mohsin Cooper complete two new houses in SW20
Having secured full planning consent for this site with a ten year history of failed planning applications by other architects, we have recently overseen the completion of this pair of new build houses in London, SW20.
The design seeks to provide a contemporary response for a left-over gap site between an Edwardian terrace and a terrace of 1980s housing. The completed project coherently ties the two distinct portions of the streetscape together and the elevations are comprised of a carefully chosen stock brick, with recessed mortar joints to give depth to the façade.
We provided working drawings in addition to on-site consultancy throughout the build.
