Planning consent for comprehensive refurbishment of mixed use building in SW20

We are delighted to announce that we have secured planning consent for a mixed use scheme in Raynes Park that will transform a tired parade of shops and flats.

 

Fronting West Barnes Lane, SW20 the proposals stand to comprehensively re-model the current building including the 5no existing flats at first floor level which presently suffer from poor access arrangements and layouts. Adding two carefully proportioned new storeys to the building, 8no. new flats will be created on the site making a total of 13no. flats on the site. All will meet national space standards and benefit from private amenity space.

 

The 5no. existing commercial units will also be refreshed with a new dynamic frontage beneath the subtly articulated brick fa├žade. Servicing arrangements for the retail units have been remodelled to create a secure and efficient rear delivery yard.

 

Having received support from the local community, the scheme was granted consent under delegated powers in September 2018.
