Planning success for backland scheme in Streatham
We are excited to announce that we have just secured planning consent for our backland development scheme in Streatham, working in conjunction with SHW.
Designed to fit a tightly constrained former garage site, the proposals delivers 9 generously sized flats set within landscaped grounds. All of the units are either double or triple aspect, and access to generous private amenity and natural light has been prioritised. Working with a high quality material palette the design will also use photovoltaic panels delivering on-site energy generation.
