Wavertree House Care Home, Hove

We are working with Wavertree Care Limited on proposals to extend their existing Care Home in order to provide 11 new ensuite rooms to the existing top floor of the building.

Wavertree House is a purpose built Care Home that provides both nursing and residential care. It also comprises a Listed Building, alongside a 1990’s extension.

Our design reconfigures the existing second floor of the 1990’s extension by extending the existing roof, in order to provide 11 new ensuite rooms, nurses station, residents lounge and storage areas.

We have secured Planning and Listed Building Consent and are now working with a consultant team on the technical working drawing package, looking to proceed to build out on site during early 2026.
