Claygate Bungalow Retrofit

This project is a great example of how a tired and dilapidated home can be given a new lease of life, as well as provide a sustainable upgrade to a low EPC property, with a deep retrofit.

We were appointed by the homeowner to renew this property and give it a complete upgrade.

An additional storey has been added, alongside new insulation, cladding, windows and doors to create a contemporary and highly energy efficient new property from the remnants of a tired and neglected 1960’s single storey bungalow.
