Detached Worthing House refurb and extension
We are working on the full refurbishment and various extensions to a 1930’s detached house in Worthing.
The proposed design allows for a gabled loft conversion, rear extension with south facing veranda, replacement side extension with vaulted space for a new kitchen and a full programme of refurbishment to create a remarkable family home.
Bespoke internal and external joinery details bring warmth and character to the design, alongside new slim black steel framed windows and doors.
We have secured two planning consents and have worked up a technical design package that is now out to tender, with work commencing on site this summer.
