We were appointed through competitive tender by Lewes District Council to develop RIBA Stage 0-3 designs for affordable housing across 10 garage sites on Council owned land in Lewes, Cooksbridge and Newhaven.

We have partnered closely on the design development with a volumetric modular building manufacturer, so the houses can be delivered to site almost fully formed and assembled as a series of pods.

The homes have all been designed to Future Homes Standards and anticipated to be zero carbon ready following decarbonisation of the National Grid.

We have secured planning consent for the majority of the sites, with work expected to commence on site in 2026.
