We secured planning consent at appeal for this three storey residential / commercial building on a challenging backlands, brownfield gap site next to a railway line in Richmond, SW London.

The proposals provide a series of small to medium size commercial units with residential apartments above, all in the context of a challenging set of site constraints.

The design features a carefully designed façade which allows for views from each apartment without overlooking adjoining properties. A high quality and subtle palette of materials will reference the character of local buildings.
