Brighton Lions New Build Affordable Housing

We have been appointed by a local Housing Association, Brighton Lions, on a full service to deliver a new build block on one of their sites for six new flats.

Brighton Lions Housing Society Ltd provide affordable homes for the over 55’s across several sites in Brighton & Hove.

The site had a disused sub-station on it, so is a prime piece of brownfield land that will provide much needed affordable housing. The design references brick details from the former sub-station on the site.

Following on from a positive pre-app and local consultation process, we have now submitted a planning application and hope to commence work on site during autumn of 2025.
