We were appointed through competitive tender by Lewes District Council to develop RIBA Stage 0-3 designs for affordable housing across 11 garage sites on Council owned land in Lewes, Cooksbridge and Newhaven.

We have partnered closely on the design development with Boutique Modern, a Newhaven based volumetric modular building manufacturer, so the houses can be delivered to site almost fully formed and assembled as a series of pods.

The homes have all been designed to Future Homes Standards and anticipated to be zero carbon ready following decarbonisation of the National Grid.

We have secured planning consent for three of the sites, with the remainder currently under consideration by South Downs National Park Planning Authority.
