Mews House extension in Wimbledon Village

We were approached by the homeowner to create a highly bespoke and contemporary extension to this mews house property in Wimbledon Village.

The design includes a glazed side return extension, facilitated by lowering of the floor internally and externally to make a seamless ground floor and neat transition to the garden, with underpinning required.

The existing house was also fully refurbished with new finishes, bathrooms, kitchen and lighting, to create a high quality, bespoke finish.

Planning consent was achieved in Spring 2023, with work completing on site summer of 2024.
